The Restaurant
Upon completion in Summer ’08, we will offer a unique food and
beverage experience where we will specialize in traditional “Pier
food.” The menu will vary from our mouthwatering Fish and Chips to
Local grilled Lobster and the classic Pier burger to open flame grilled
steaks and chops. The setting will be Pacific Oceanfront Casual with
very attentive service fresh seafood including whole grilled fish and
a special program where we will “Cook your catch.” The pier-end facility will offer crisp service, fresh service and a Catalina
atmosphere
all in your own backyard.

Both the Patio and the Upper deck are now available for private functions.
Each area can host up to 80 guests with a total capacity of 160. Weddings, Summer parties and
Yachting events
now have the ultimate waterfront location, completely surrounded by
water with a totally unobstructed
views of the coast, and the Pacific
